FOIL-WRAPPED CHUCK STEAK SUPPER 
1 can (6.75 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 env. (1 3/8 oz.) dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 lbs. chuck steak, cut 1 inch thick
3 med. potatoes, quartered
3 med. carrots, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Combine liquid with onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce. Tear off a 2 1/2 foot length of foil from roll that is 18 inches wide. Put half of soup mixture in center of foil; add steak. Put remaining soup mixture on steak. Add mushrooms and vegetables. Dot vegetables with butter; sprinkle with salt. Carefully fold foil over and seal ends securely to hold juices. Place in shallow baking pan. Roast in oven at 375 F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Makes 6 servings.
