JESSICA'S EASY APPLE CRISP 
1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples (or about 4 cups peeled and sliced fresh apples)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 crackers)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Arrange apples in a buttered 10x6-inch baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine sugar with cracker crumbs, cinnamon, nutmeg and oats. Stir in melted butter; mix well. Spread over apples.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
