EILEEN'S HOMEMADE PANCAKES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nonfat dry milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
Water
1 egg

Sift dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add water to desired consistency. Beat egg into batter. Lightly grease heated griddle as necessary. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons batter onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed and bubbly. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
