JIM'S HOMEMADE PANCAKES 
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat flour
1/4 c. bran
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix egg, oil, and milk together. Add to dry ingredients. Let batter sit for 15 minutes before frying (it makes the pancakes fluffier). Makes 18 to 20 pancakes.
