QUICK APPLE TARTS 
1 cooking apple, peeled & chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can crescent roll dough
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. raisins
Cinnamon-sugar mixture (2 tbsp. sugar & 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, stir together apples, sugar, nuts, raisins and cinnamon; set aside.

Separate dough to eight triangles. Stretch each one slightly and spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of apple mixture into center of each triangle; fold corners over filling and pinch edges together to seal. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool about 20 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
