SIMPLE APPLE TARTS 
Roll out puff pastry (store-bought or homemade) VERY thin, directly on baking sheet. Use a 6 inch template to cut circles of pastry for individual servings. Prick with fork. Use one small Golden Delicious apple per tart - peeled, cored and sliced very thin; arrange in overlapping circle on pastry. Arrange remaining pieces in center. Bake at 325 degrees until golden. Dust with powdered sugar.
