SWEET POTATO DELIGHT 
2 c. pretzels, crushed
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
9 oz. container Cool Whip
2 c. sugar
3 c. mashed, sweet potatoes
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix pretzels and butter. Pat into 9x13 inch dish. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled first layer. Mix sweet potatoes, egg, cornstarch and vanilla. Spread on second layer. Chill overnight.
