2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat all ingredients well and put in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
