APPETIZER MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions

SAUCE:

(If you like sauce, double this recipe.)

2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onions

Mix all meatball ingredients together; shape into small 1 inch diameter balls. Place in baking pan in single layer. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 9 dozen meatballs.
