OVEN-FRIED SESAME CHICKEN 
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. butter (reduced calorie type), melted

In bowl, combine sesame seeds, flour and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into soy sauce; then in sesame seed mixture. Arrange chicken in shallow 8x8x2 inch baking dish; drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is tender. 4 servings.
