CLAM DIP 
3 oz. cream cheese
1 can minced clams
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 c. sour cream
Few drops Tabasco
Few drops Worcestershire sauce

Soften the cream. Mix well with all other ingredients. Be careful not to add too much Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce, it could mask the delicate clam flavor. Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.

You can use shrimp or even crabmeat instead of clams. Use condensed soup undiluted, to emphasize the flavor and stretch the dip.
