GRAHAM CRACKER ICE CREAM 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp. heavy cream (may be taken from following pt. before whipping)
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
Graham cracker crumbs (I use cinnamon crisp crackers, made into crumbs)

Whip cream, add walnuts and drained pineapple, fold into cream mixture. Layer in pan in the following manner. Sprinkle crumbs on bottom of 13"x9" pan, 1/2 of mixture, more crumbs, remaining mixture. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Cover with foil; freeze. Can be frozen up to 1 month at least.
