PEACH BLOSSOM PIE | |
3 or 4 peaches Unbaked 9-inch pie shell 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour Pinch of salt Few drops almond extract Arrange peach slices on bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs, stir in flour and sugar; add milk, salt and almond extract. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake in hot oven 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees, baking 30 or 40 minutes longer until knife comes out clean. |
