GRAHAM CRACKER-BUTTERSCOTCH
DESSERT
 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Supermoist white cake mix
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) jar butterscotch ice cream topping
Sweetened whipped cream (see below)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular pan, 9x13x2 inches. Prepare cake mix as directed on package except--stir graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and orange peel into batter. Pour into pan. Bake as directed. Cool cake completely.

Frost with sweetened whipped cream; drizzle with ice cream topping. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with additional butterscotch sauce, if desired. Refrigerate any remaining dessert.

SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM:

Beat 1 cup chilled whipping cream and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar in chilled bowl until stiff.
