PINEAPPLE GRAHAM CRACKER PIE | |
8 or 8 1/2 oz. can pineapple 12 marshmallows (cutup) 2 tbsp. strawberry jello (powder) 1/2 pint cream (whipped) 2 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter Prepare crust. Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Then mix in butter. Pack into a 9 inch pie plate and bake 375°F for about 8 minutes. Heat pineapple and add marshmallows allowing them to melt. Add 2 Tbsp. jello powder. Stir until dissolved. Cool until it begins to stiffen then add cream. Add 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar to cream. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate. |
