GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook until thick. Pour in pie shell.

PIE CRUST:

20 graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter

Mash graham crackers. Add sugar. Soften butter. Make pie crust from this. Pour ingredients in pie crust, top with beaten egg whites.

TOPPING:

3 egg whites
6 tablespoons sugar
Dash of salt

Beat egg whites, sugar and salt.
