RITZ CRACKER DESSERT | |
3 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled 1/4 c. butter 2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. softened ice cream (vanilla) 1 sm. container Cool Whip Cream Ritz crackers and butter and spread in 2 1/2 quart dish. (Save 1/2 cup to sprinkle over top.) Mix instant pudding, milk and ice cream; pour on top of crumb mixture. Spread Cool Whip on, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup leftover crumbs. Keep refrigerated. |
