SODA CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
16 Saltine Crackers
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
Icing
Whip Cream
Sm. can Crushed Pineapple

Beat eggs whites until stiff. Add Cream of Tartar. Crush crackers. Fold crackers, vanilla, sugar and pecans into egg whites.

Bake in a grease pie plate for 30 minutes at 325°F. After pie cools, add icing
