RAINBOW JELLO 
2 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello (or 1 red and 1 lime)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 3/4 oz. can drained crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve 1 lime Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water and chill in 9x12 inch pan. Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add marshmallows. Place over low heat and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add pineapple juice. Beat in cream cheese. Add crushed pineapple. Chill slightly.

Fold in whipped cream. Add nuts. Pour over chilled lime Jello. Chill until set. Make lime Jello again with 2 cups boiling water and 2 cups cold water.
