1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or lard
Juice and rind of 1 orange
3 heaping tsp. baking powder
3 3/4 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoon full on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees. Frost with the following recipe.

FROSTING:

Juice and rind of 1 orange. Add a little butter and powdered sugar. Enough to form a frosting.
