SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4 good size (3/4 - 1 inch thick) pork chops

Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. On top of each chop, place the following in this order: 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tbsp. chopped celery Salt and pepper to taste 1 can whole tomatoes with juice

Place one whole tomato on top of each pork chop (over rice, etc.) and pour juice around the chops. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
