CREAMY WILTED LETTUCE DRESSING 
6 slices bacon, cut & crisp fried
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
Dash salt

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and reserve 3 tablespoons bacon grease. Stir in the cream, egg, vinegar, sugar and salt. Cook until slightly thickened. (This is so good on fresh leaf lettuce.)
