1/2 c. vinegar
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix all but the vinegar together. Heat the vinegar, then add rest of ingredients and slowly cook until thick. Cool; pour over lettuce or potato salad.
