About 5 strips bacon
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 c. vinegar or to taste
1/4 c. water
3 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon until crisp, then add other ingredients and cook until thick. Pour over cut up lettuce.
