1/2 lb. bacon, cubed and browned
2 eggs
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c, granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. milk

Drain fat from bacon and mix other ingredients together. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with water to form a thin paste. Bring to boil for 1 to 2 minutes (can add sugar if not sweet enough). Serve over any of the above.
