HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. milk
4 c. half and half
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually beating until mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Freeze.

This is FANTASTIC! We used 3 c. milk and 3 c. cool whip and a large pkg of pudding. Made it smoother and curl like store-bought when you scoop it!!

I wasn't big on this recipe. It wasn't creamy or chocolate enough. Not bad though.
