ROMAINE LETTUCE AND PARMESAN
CHEESE DRESSING
 
8 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Mix salt and pepper. Add lemon juice; stir and add oil. Cut Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese. Add dressing.
