DELICIOUS RHUBARB DESSERT 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

FILLING:

6 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
Pinch of salt
Grated rind of 2 oranges
5 or more c. rhubarb

MERINGUE:

6 egg whites
6 tbsp. water
3/4 c. sugar

CRUST: Mix flour, butter, sugar and salt. Pat in bottom of 9"x13" pan and bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

FILLING: Beat egg yolks; add sugar, flour, milk, salt, orange rind and rhubarb. Pour over crust and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

MERINGUE: Beat egg whites, water, sugar well and spread over dessert and brown 15 minutes.
