3 c. rhubarb
1 c. orange juice
1 sm. box diet Jello
1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 c. Cool Whip

Cook rhubarb in orange juice until done. Add jello, either strawberry or raspberry. Drain the pineapple and add to rhubarb. Put in the refrigerator until almost thick, then add the Cool Whip.
