DREAM RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. rhubarb

CRUST: Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter and press into greased jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cover baked crust with rhubarb. Mix rest of ingredients together for filling and spread over rhubarb. Bake 35 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
