BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bag broccoli and cauliflower florettes
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. egg
1 sm. onion
1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
1 stick butter

Boil cauliflower and broccoli until tender. While your vegetables are boiling, shred your cheese and mix the soup, mayonnaise, onion, and egg together in one bowl.

Line the sides of your casserole dish with bread crumbs. Take some of the vegetables and place a layer of them on top of the bread crumbs. On top of the vegetables spread your "sauce" with a spatula. Then sprinkle a layer of cheese on top of that. Continue layers in this order until vegetables are gone. Any left over sauce may be smoothed over the top.

Put a layer of bread crumbs on the very top of your casserole and pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Then enjoy! Great for family get togethers or pot luck dinners.
