HOG HEAD CHEESE 
2 hog heads
1 level tsp. pulverized red pepper
1/2 c. sage

Burr out ears to bone. Cook the heads in water until meat falls off the bone. Be sure ears are included. Put in blender and blend well. Add red pepper and sage. Mix well. Press into a container. Must be kept refrigerated. Will keep for one week. Can be frozen.
