HEAD CHEESE 
Cut all fat off the head of a pig. Cook the head, tongue, and heart. Add onion and bay leaf, salt and pepper while cooking. When done cool. Bring through the large knife food chopper. Then make a syrup of 1 pint vinegar, 1 cup water and mixed spices. After it boils, drain spices and pour over ground meat. Gjerde Family Favorite!
