POTATO SOUP 
4-5 lg. baking potatoes
1 med. onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. parsley, dried
Sm. amount of butter
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1-2 diced carrots

Cut potatoes into chunks. Cover potatoes, onions, carrots, butter and spices with water in large pot; bring to boil and cook until potatoes are done. Add cream of chicken soup, reduce heat and cook approximately 30 minutes. May thicken with flour-water if desired. Serves 6.
