GERMAN CHEESE POTATO SOUP 
5 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
5 c. diced potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese cubes

Bring to boil the water and chicken cubes. Add onions, carrots and celery. Cook 20 minutes. Add diced potatoes. Cook 20 minutes longer. Add chicken soup and cheese. When melted, it's done and ready.
