LOADED POTATO SOUP 
8 large potatoes
1 small onion
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and black pepper to taste

Finely dice potatoes and onions. Boil until done. Reduce heat to low.

Add cheese soup and mix well. Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to mixture. Heat mixture until cream cheese is completely blended. Serve hot.
