POLYNESIAN CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. red wine
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. honey

Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut remaining wing pieces in half. Arrange wing pieces in glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Let marinate several hours in refrigerator. When ready to cook place wings in large baking pan, brush with marinade and bake 325 degree oven for 1 hour, then broil on both sides until crispy.
