POLYNESIAN CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked chicken
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. chopped green onions (tops included)
1/2 c. chopped celery

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry
1 tbsp. chutney

Combine and refrigerate dressing.

Combine salad ingredients. Just before serving, add dressing and 1 can of chow mein noodles. Serves 8.
