POLYNESIAN SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. cooked Minute Rice

Add peas to hot rice.

2 (4 oz.) cans med. shrimp, rinsed
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion

Refrigerate.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt (may be omitted)
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 can Chinese noodles, optional

Use noodles only if serving immediately. Serve salad over noodles.
