POLYNESIAN SALAD 
1 can sm. early peas, drained
1 can white whole kernel corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Mazola (a must) oil

Place drained vegetables in a large mixing bowl; stir in celery, onion and pimientos. Combine sugar, vinegar and oil. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving. Serves 16.
