1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies (1 1/4 lb.), crushed
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10X sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Place half the crushed cookies on bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Set other half aside. Mix together the cream cheese, 10X sugar, butter, vanilla, and Cool Whip; add this to the milk and pudding mixture, then spread over the crushed cookies in pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate 4 hours or more.
