1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding mix (prepare as for pudding mix by the box)
1 lb. 4 oz. (1 lg. bag) Oreo cookies, crushed into sm. bits

Make two bowls of Oreo bits. Mix cream cheese, melted butter and powdered sugar. Mix cream cheese and pudding and Cool Whip. Use large cake pan, line the bottom of pan with 1/2 of Oreo bits. Pour all the above into pan. Top off with 1/2 the Oreo bits. Chill about 1 hour before serving.
