SHRIMP AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 slices buttered bread
2 (5 oz.) cans med. shrimp
8 oz. sharp cheese, sliced
3 beaten eggs
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix together the eggs, soup and milk. Place 2 buttered slices of bread at the bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole. Lay slice of cheese on each, then half of the shrimp. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Make another like layer and then end with bread and cheese. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes until brown and puffy. Tuna or chicken can also be used.
