COUNTRY HOT CHEESY DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. jar green chopped chilies
1 sm. jar sliced ripe olives
1 pkg. pepperoni

Mix cheeses and mayonnaise together. Add jar of chilies. Put into a pie plate or baking dish. Spread sliced olives over the mixture and arrange slices of pepperoni around edge of the dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until very bubbly. Serve with crackers. Small rye bread or nacho chips. A real pleaser.
