EASY CHEESY BEAN DIP 
1 tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 (15.8 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
1 tsp. cajun salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Blend on high in blender until smooth then add 3-4 cups shredded mild Cheddar or Longhorn. Heat in crockpot or microwave on medium 5 minutes. Then keep warm in crockpot. Doubles easily.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
