8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili
(without beans)
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
Chopped green onions
Monterey Jack cheese

Spread all ingredients except the cheese in layers in pie dish. Crumble cheese on the top. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
