BAKED CURRY DIP WITH FRESH
VEGETABLES
 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. walnuts, chopped

Blend all ingredients except for the walnuts in a mixing bowl and pour into a small casserole dish. Sprinkle top with walnuts and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh cut vegetables of your choice. Serves: 6. (Prep and Cooking Time: 35 minutes)
