CRISP TORTILLA BOWL WITH WARM
CHEESY SALSA DIP
 
1 (8") flour tortilla
1 tsp. oil
1 c. salsa
4 oz. light cream cheese
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease outside of a 10 ounce custard cup. Place inverted cup on shallow baking pan. Place tortilla over cup; brush with oil. Bake for 5-9 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Remove from custard cup and cool.

In medium microwave safe bowl, combine salsa, cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring twice during cooking. Serve in the tortilla shell with the sliced green onions on top and tortilla chips on the side.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
