CRISP TORTILLA BOWL WITH WARM CHEESY SALSA DIP | |
1 (8") flour tortilla 1 tsp. oil 1 c. salsa 4 oz. light cream cheese 2 tbsp. sliced green onions 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease outside of a 10 ounce custard cup. Place inverted cup on shallow baking pan. Place tortilla over cup; brush with oil. Bake for 5-9 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Remove from custard cup and cool. In medium microwave safe bowl, combine salsa, cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring twice during cooking. Serve in the tortilla shell with the sliced green onions on top and tortilla chips on the side. |
