EASY CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 chicken, cooked and boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 tbsp. dry onion
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Doritos
5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine first 6 ingredients. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with Doritos. Pour chicken mixture over chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
