POTATOES A LA ANNE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (defrosted and use raw)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 to 1/3 can water
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. grated sharp cheese
Butter

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put in casserole and top with grated cheese and dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes to one hour in 350 degree oven.
